Feet Planted LLC is devoted to your success, professional growth, and enduring discovery! We strive to detach early career professionals from self-doubt so they can contribute authentically to their STEM career and life pursuits.
Our vision is to help organizations equip their early career workforce with foundational tools needed to excel, innovate and become exemplary leaders and change agents. We accomplish this through direct engagement with employers, workshops (in-person and virtual), mentorship, and intentional outreach.
Our Key Tenets
We stand by and lead with these core beliefs.
We believe these seven character traits are critical to succeeding in STEM and life - developing humility, patience, curiosity, courage, compassion, perseverance, and resilience.
Everyone has unique gifts that can be developed into actionable strengths. We develop clear processes that help professionals to unlock their talents and contribute fully and authentically.
We inform with relevant data coupled with lived experiences. Sharing life lessons to help move people to action is how we reach our audience.
Intentional engagement builds bridges. We purpose to meet people where they are to create opportunities for growth, personal and professional development.
Serving individuals and the community is a priority. We seek opportunities to give back, partner and collaborate for the good of all.
